Who I am and who I come from.
Iām an organizer, facilitator, and coach currently based in Portland, Oregon.
I hold fast to and engage soulcraft practices that honor every person and community as naturally creative, resourceful, & whole.
We are in a time when defiantly and authentically knowing ourselves in relation to our communities, histories, and bodies is essential to the survival and thriving of everyone, human and beyond-human.
I engage somatic coaching, the enneagram, and communal group facilitation to ground communities and their people in the possibility of transformation.
My work has been formed by the mentorship and leadership of the Co-active Training Institute, the Narrative Enneagram, the Art of Hosting, the Sacred Organizing Coalition, and Somatic Abolitionism, and I give thanks and deep respect to the teachers and lineages who have been generous to pass along their hard-won wisdom to me and my communities.

Work Background
I have training and experience in large-group facilitation, transitional ministry, nonprofit management, community organizing, coaching, and enneagram assessment, and am also a Lutheran pastor.
Having pastored five churches and led two secular non-profits of diverse sizes, economic realities, and contexts, I bring 15 years of pastoral and community leadership to the work of transition consulting.
Within these organizations, I have created and expanded community development corporations, supported major pastoral transitions, redeveloped organizational structures, led a community through Holy Closure, and facilitated a congregational merger.
I have consulted with 9 congregations in pastoral transition and led over 75 others through discernment processes related to the creative use of their land and buildings.
In some of my most recent settings, I visioned and oversaw a $4.5 million dollar affordable housing project on faith-owned property and acted as Interim Transition Rector for 11 months at a local parish, successfully supporting their Profile Team, Search Committee, and Vestry through a rector search and hire.
